Our story
Mélissa is a master in the art of hospitality and always has a smile on her face. Having lived for 18 years in Guadeloupe, she moved to France to begin her studies in the Faculty of Sports Sciences at the Unversity of Poitiers where she met François. Not forgetting her passion for sports, Mélissa trained in well-being, preferring to be close to people and to take care of them.
François trained in hospitality management before venturing into the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Poitiers. He returned to his roots in hospitality and ran a hotel in Moselle before discovering the magnificent Limouxin territory and, more widely, the Aude and Ariège.

History of the bed and breakfast
Since 2017, we have offered guests the opportunity to partake in a unique experience in this constantly evolving castle.
We opened a 2nd bedroom in 2018, a studio apartment in 2020, located in the old barn of the castle, and then a troglodyte room in 2021.
History continues to be written in 2022, with the opening of a gîte located in the first boys' school in the village. And many more projects are coming...
