Breakfast… a moment we take very seriously at the Château 😋
Here, the day starts gently… and deliciously!
Each morning, we prepare a generous homemade breakfast filled with tasty treats:
seeded bread, soft brioche, jams, yogurts and kefir made on-site, not forgetting eggs from our own hens 🐔
As for drinks, there’s something for everyone: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk… accompanied by local fruit juices to boost your vitamins.
We prioritize local and seasonal products as much as possible to offer you an authentic, simple, and flavorful experience, just like the château itself.
At the table, we take our time…
to enjoy, share, and start the day right before exploring Cathar Country.
